Morning

Pick-Up & Market Visit: Your journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kratie or Koh Trong at 8:30 AM, or Chhlong at 8:00 AM. First, we’ll take a stroll through Kratie’s bustling central market, where you’ll experience the vibrant energy of local trades. As you wander the market stalls, you’ll also get a glimpse of the beautiful colonial-era buildings that remain as a testament to the French colonial period.
Wat Rokakandal: Next, we’ll visit the ancient Wat Rokakandal, a historic temple adorned with 400-year-old wooden carvings. This sacred site offers a glimpse into the region’s spiritual past and its artistic traditions.

Mid - Morning

Local Productions Tour: Discover Kratie’s traditional craftsmanship by visiting a mushroom farm, where you’ll see how locals cultivate this delicate crop. Nareth and her team are fantastic! We were there to build houses in the morning and they developed a custom afternoon itinerary that really helped us maximize our time in the area. They were all personable, easy to work with, responsive and flexible. Our guide Happy gave interesting insights into the local culture. The restaurant picks were spot on and showed the variety of local cuisine. The various sights we visited showed an interesting and diverse range of culture with something for everyone.
