  • Morning: Depart from Siem Reap in the early morning and head towards Kampong Thom Province. Your first destination is Preah Khan Kompong Svay, a site steeped in history and surrounded by serene natural landscapes.
  • Exploration of Preah Khan Kompong Svay: Upon arrival, explore the ruins of this ancient temple complex, believed to have been founded in the 11th century during the reign of King Suryavarman I. Discover its royal significance, as it was later a residence for Kings Suryavarman II and Jayavarman VII, who improved the complex before his campaign to reclaim the capital of Yasodharapura from the Chams in 1181.
  • Visit Spean Praptos: After your exploration of Preah Khan Kompong Svay, proceed to Spean Praptos, which was once considered the longest corbeled stone-arch bridge in the world, featuring over twenty narrow arches that span 285 feet (87 meters). Built during the 12th century under King Jayavarman VII, this remarkable structure is one of the few surviving bridges from the Khmer Empire.
