Morning: Depart from Siem Reap after breakfast and head towards Sambor Prei Kuk, located approximately 30 km northeast of the town. Your journey will take you through scenic rural landscapes before arriving at this ancient site, where you will explore the remarkable temple complex dating back to the 7th century.
Sambor Prei Kuk Exploration: Wander through the tranquil jungles and marvel at the more than 100 temples, predominantly constructed of brick. Visit the Prasat Yeay Peau, cloaked in ancient trees, and admire the extravagant lion carvings at Prasat Tao, learning about the site’s significance as a major religious center dedicated to Shiva.
Kampong Kdei Bridge: On your return journey, make a brief stop at the historic Kampong Kdei Bridge, an impressive structure from the 12th century, which offers a glimpse into Cambodia’s architectural heritage.

Nareth and her team are fantastic! We were there to build houses in the morning and they developed a custom afternoon itinerary that really helped us maximize our time in the area. They were all personable, easy to work with, responsive and flexible. Our guide Happy gave interesting insights into the local culture. The restaurant picks were spot on and showed the variety of local cuisine. The various sights we visited showed an interesting and diverse range of culture with something for everyone. Nareth planned an excellent and first-rate multi-day visit for us in Siem Riep. She is a great organizer, pays attention to the details and is helpful and flexible. Amongst the multitude of choices, she seems to know the best attractions and restaurants. From Khmer shows to the circus to artist workshops - she selects informative and high quality venues.
