Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be greeted by our local guide and transferred to your hotel. Start your journey with a visit to West Baray, a tranquil man-made reservoir with the ancient West Mebon Temple sitting on a small island in the middle. Afterward, visit the Silk Farm to see how silk is traditionally produced and woven. In the afternoon, explore Artisans Angkor, an organization that trains rural youth in traditional arts, preserving Cambodia’s rich craft heritage. The day concludes with a visit to the Killing Field of Wat Thmei, a site commemorating the victims of the Khmer Rouge regime.

Start the day with a deep dive into the grandeur of Angkor Thom, beginning at the South Gate, flanked by rows of gods and demons in a tug-of-war over the universe. Inside, explore the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King. Continue to the hauntingly beautiful Ta Prohm Temple, where giant trees have woven themselves into the temple’s structure. After lunch, visit the famous Bayon Temple, known for its 54 towers adorned with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokiteshvara. In the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset views from Bakheng Mountain or Pre Rup Temple, followed by a relaxing stroll through the Night Market.

Continue your journey to the exquisite Banteay Srei Temple, celebrated for its delicate and intricate carvings in pink sandstone, earning it the title “Citadel of Women.” After lunch, explore the lesser-known Banteay Samre Temple, a peaceful and beautifully preserved site known for its striking architecture and detailed stonework.
