At Eagle Discovery Cambodia, we keep our terms clear and easy for you to understand. Before booking, please review the following information, and feel free to contact us if you need any clarifications.

Liability
We cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, or delays caused by third parties such as airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Any delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. If the services you’ve booked are unavailable, we will arrange alternatives of similar quality.

Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of confirmation. All prices are in US dollars, and customers are responsible for any associated banking fees.

We also offer an alternative payment option: a 55% deposit (excluding flights) can be paid upfront, with the rest payable in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We do not charge cancellation fees if you cancel within the specified deadlines. Afterward, the following charges apply:

• 30–15 days before the start of the tour: 30%
• 14–8 days before the start of the tour: 50%
• Less than 8 days: 100%

Refunds for unused services after your tour has started will not be issued. In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters or political unrest, we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Domestic Flights
Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable and come with fixed dates. If you prefer more flexible options, they are available at a higher price.

Children’s Policy

• Children under 4: Free of charge (excluding flights and meals)
• Children 4–7: 60% of the adult rate
• Children 8 and older: Full adult rate

Health & Travel Insurance
Make sure you’re up to date on vaccinations before your trip. Travel insurance is mandatory and should cover medical emergencies, personal accidents, and repatriation. It’s highly recommended to purchase your travel insurance when booking your tour.

Passport & Visa Requirements
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date. Many nationalities, including European and some Asian countries, require a visa, which can be obtained upon arrival at Cambodia’s international airports.
